Any suggestions to help with blood bruising on arms?

No, no blood thinners. My dad had this same skin condition. So not surprising that I do too.
It just looks creepy!!

I bruise very easily also. Am oldish, 84, and not on any blood thinners. Some of my supplements are thinning blood already, so my doc said when I asked about him about taking a baby Aspirin. I remember one of them was fish oil, but there could have been others also.
My daughter told me to immediately put an icepack on the bruise, that keeps the blood from spreading under the skin. I do when I can, and it helps.
When I visit my kids and play with their puppies, I always put on a long sleeved heavy blouse, but the last time one dog tore off a peace of skin on my wrist anyway. It did take a long time to heal, and a red spot remains. I used Neosporin and a bandage to not get an infection and keep blood off the sheets at night.
Have learned to always have a small tube of makeup with me, just to make those ugly spots less visible, otherwise I just live with it.
