My skin started inexplicably itching. It started in my lower back. Eventually spreading to my upper back. It was bothersome but not too bothersome. That went on for many months. I had a physical and everything looked good, blood work, everything. Then a few months later I bought an Inner Tracker blood test because I wanted something more comprehensive to target optimal health as I was heading towards 60. A few markers were off, including my liver enzymes. My liver enzymes had never been off before. Weird. Took some supplements and started working out. Within a month the itching had spread to my hands and then other parts of my body and was getting increasingly more intense. I wasn't able to sleep well. My skin was getting...darker? Weird. Went to urgent care, got referred to a dermatologist--who suggested there might be a blockage of some sort related to my liver. Ended up in emergency another month later. I wish I had taken my Inner Tracker blood test results straight to my primary care physician. It turned out I did have a blockage near the head of my pancreas. The itching was caused by the gradual build-up of bile in my blood stream over time. In my case it was a blockage caused by a tumor and was a pretty serious affair. It could have been any number of things, some relatively benign, but the point is I wouldn't still be here unless I had the source of the problem diagnosed before it was too late. You should at least see a physician who can run some blood tests and start ruling things out.

I've found out that you have to be proactive with your health. No one has a more vested interest but you. Hope that all of these issues have being taken care of and you have a wonderful future.
