I have seen reviews of these smart watch glucose monitors and they are all either hit or miss. Mostly miss. Judging from the reviews the results are as good as throwing dice. Rarely correct. Mostly wrong. One would need to do finger sticks to check the accuracy a lot.
A watch that connects to a CGM is a totally different story.
