I'm not sure where to even begin...I've had nausea for so long, and no idea what the cause may be. I've gone from 95 pounds to 84 pounds; currently at 87 pounds. I thought perhaps medications, but cannot point to one in particular. I've tried sinus decongestants, but that doesn't stop it either. No vomiting; just nausea and feeling "not well." I thought the Lisinopril might be the cause, but when I stopped it for only 2 days, my BP went too high. My doctor seems to just ignore the issue. I'm wondering what my gastroenterologist would say/do...?

Are you getting in touch with your gastroenterologist? Sorry your primary is not very responsive.

YOU need to tell them you want to try Carafate. He should know what it's for and what it does.At least he should go along with you on this.I had severe stomach problems for 4 years at least. And yes,I went from 165lbs to 130 in about 5 months from not being able to eat it was so ugly.

Has your GI doctor did any type of testing on you?
