Have you tried making adjustments to your diet? Look into it, there are many causes of distal neuropathies and many can be traced back to metabolic dysfunction including insulin resistance and prediabetes or Type 2 Diabetes.

Welcome @lisette, I’ve also made some diet and lifestyle changes that I think have helped some with my idiopathic small fiber neuropathy. Good possibility mine might be connected to the metabolic syndrome.
