Ive read somewhere that when taking Orgovyx you really need to stay hydrated. Dehydration is bad for kidneys.

High blood pressure meds are notorious for affecting kidney function.
I am on my third medication - at MY request - since I noticed my gfr (glomerular filtration rate) dropping every 6 months. My doctor was ‘not concerned’ - but I certainly was.
The function improved greatly after getting off the first two; now on Norvasc…we’ll see.
