@pjb6282 hello I know it’s been awhile but what you describe on your feet is the neuropathy it’s just much worse I’m 61 iv had aa since I was 19 so my hole adult life and I’m a train wreck I can barely get to the mailbox I refuse to use a wheelchair once you do walking is over with. Your muscles will waste away very fast. No exercise will help it hurts us, stand sitting and no even laying is almost intolerable I had to buy adjustable beds with wave massage and I love it it moves you all over head to toe and somehow seems to trick my mind that I’m not laying down which now cause 100s of muscle cramps per day and no nothing helps them sometimes I can’t sleep for days and must sleep just mins at a time as I must walk off the cramps but the worst pain is when my feet try to turn from the outside in I feel like the bones in my legs are gonna break it’s pure hell. I hade a Medtronic drug pump Implanted 2.5 yrs ago but no help in fact it cause me pain all the time the other day I had cramps behind my pump I thought it was going to rip out of me.you must keep waking that’s a must walk all you can it helps keep the nerves to tear loose of the scarring and wear a top grade custom corset religiously that’s made for your body not them cheapos doctors give them are for trash man there just not strong enough to help. But be careful not to wear it to tight or you’ll get reflux from it pushing your stomach upwards not fun, I hope this helps your not alone together we have strength we must all do our part join pain groups write your government and demand action, our time has come to stand in one voice and say enough is enough I’m not a addict but if I become one to have some form of normal life then I happily accept addiction that’s curable if they should ever find a cure…

I have all that you have and have had since 2019 when I woke from a clean out of L3 and l4. I’m still learning about AA and it’s obvious if you don’t advocate for yourself and learn all you can on your own and through sharing experiences feeling isolated can set in. Always try to grow!
