TNBC stage Ib: Wondering if it will come back?

I was just diagnosed in May with TNBC. 1c. This was my second breast cancer. The first was ER +PR+. I had a mastectomy in 2017 on my left breast for that. No radiation or chemo because low Onco test. I just had a mastectomy on my right breast in June for TNBC. All margins were clear. Now I am going through chemo. I was told that follow up blood tests or scans wouldn’t be helpful. What kind of scans are you getting?

I had Pet/Ct for first two years. Now blood work every 6 months and MRI, chest/abdomen and pelvis every year. I think this will continue indefinitely.
I am approaching 5 years, so I will see what is recommended. Push for all the testing you can get. I also had a double mastectomy and TNBC. We are at higher risk and should get thorough testing.
