With RP, the base of the penis must be attached to the urinary bladder which may pull the penis internally resulting in a smaller external penis.
If you get flower spraying or a split stream, dilate the external urethral opening and pull back the penis skin.

You mean the "urethra" that goes through a penis is connected back to badder neck.
For many patients there is no visible change in length especially if one does penile rehabilitation protocol.
