I have been using the ResMed150 unit for about one year. I am well pleased with it. I have sleep apnea & severe COPD, on oxygen most of the day & sleep with the concentrator set on 2 liters/minute when using the bipap device.

I use the ResMed Aircurve 11 with oxygen attached. I have used it for about nine months and have not had any issues with it. I have severe COPD and severe sleep apnea.
