I started using it in 2019. I think it was pretty new. For me it was a life changer. I had just getting over invasive aspergillosis and had been really ill. That year I had been in the hospital 5 times and a rehab for a month and a half . The doctor started me on trilogy and I have only been in the hospital one time since and the only for 2 nights. I brush my teeth and then use it. Then I rinse and gargle and I have not had thrush with it. Good luck and hope you do as well with it as I have. I am on oxygen 24/7 since 2019. It has not cured my emphysema and it progresses but I think that would happen on any of the meds.

I read your experience with Trelegy . I have been on it for 2 years . I was diagnosed with Emphysema 2 years ago . I started immediately on 24/7 oxygen and Trelegy a month later . Do I read correctly that you have been on Trelegy since 2019 ?. If may ask , how long have you been on 24/7 oxygen? I think your case seems similar to mine . I am interested in how your emphysema progressed over the period of 5 to 6 years. Did your settings go up on oxygen . My use started at 3 ltrs then to. 4 ltrs . This is 24/7 . Now , my oxy drops with exertion . It drops to 80 - I stop and rest . A minute and it’s back up to 90. Just curious about how yours changed over time . Thanks for listening .
