I was on Lupron, Abiraterone and Prednisone for three years. I have been off for ten months and my testosterone is coming back and my PSA is remaining “undetectable”. I have been walking 3 to 5 miles daily, doing strenuous yoga three times a week and working out with weights three times a week. I still have hot flashes, cry frequently etc but my RBC has improved as has my anxiety and depression. I am hopeful that once my testosterone returns to normal, that my cancer doesn’t return and that the ADT/low testosterone side effects go away. My frequent exercise has been a big help and I have not lost muscle or gained weight.
