I thought you were supposed to hold your breath for a maximum of 10 seconds before exhaling(?)

You are absolutely right. I’ve been on Trelegy for more than 5 years.

I think the Trelegy directions suggest holding one’s breath for three seconds, but I opted for 24 on my own, hoping to receive maximum benefit from it.
I spoke to the pulmonologist about it & he simply replied “Most people can’t hold their breath that long”. He neither embraced the practice nor warned against it.
