I had chronic nausea with my diagnosis of MALS, it will sneak up on me sometimes. I always have a strong ginger-ail to sip on like Reeds, Flat Regular Coke helps, Ginger Candies to suck on, but my favorite is Quease Drops. I order them on Amazon.
