Any suggestions to help with blood bruising on arms?

I do see a modest improvement from a smallish amount. Not any more improvement with a higher dose. Now I’m taking 1000 Vit C with 25mg citrus bioflavonoids in that. It’s not expensive, all in one pill and seems to be just as effective as the larger dose, and I like that it’s only one pill too.

I cut up an old plastic dog collar from when my dog had to wear the cone of shame. I glued in some Velcro and I put those armor on my forearms when I’m doing work in the yard or something where I’m likely to hit my arm and leave a mark! It works well. Long sleeves are not helpful.
