I’ve heard of some folks getting in via the ER for acute symptoms. Otherwise my understanding is that you need to be referred by a Mayo Referring Physician. Perhaps calling Mayo to help locate one would be helpful. Good luck!

Thanks for the info. I'm going to go to National Jewish Health in October. My pulmonologist thinks it will be really helpful for me. I have so many questions. Hopefully, I will understand it all better. Roz
