If you truly have GERD work with an alternative doc/ preferabley ayurvedic who is knolwedgeable about liver/gallbladder/pancreaes issues. Eastern medicine sees dogestive issues from that lens . I hope this helps. Sending postive energy and strength

Thanks for the encouragement! Did injecting on the thighs help or is there a metabolic reason we gain weight, specifically in the abdomen?

I’m going to trying increasing my aerobic activity. I strength train 3 times a week so just need to add aerobics back into the mix.

Is it ok and just as effective to inject in the thigh area? Did it eventually help your abdomen area to get less “puffy”? I might want to try it. I hate having to get bigger size pants bc of my waist!
