Ya gotta love the drug companies. Every drug production has side effects and in many cases PN was caused by cholesterol lowering drugs and that caused Type2 diabetes and that caused PN. I wonder how long the American Indians lived without drugs in their lives. I have a hunch that Buffalo meat and corn meals worked just fine.

Imagine if they ate french fries.

The Amerinds had the "3 Sisters". Squash, corn and beans which make a complete protein when eaten together. All the studies show that a plant based diet does the body more good but the Western diet seems to taste better. My favorite nutritionist coined the phrase "We are what we eat!" Words to live by.

An almost complete meat diet has been a game changer in my symptoms.
I followed that trail Statin.elevated liver numbers Pre diabetes 😳 PN too late.
I ate well compared to most - sugar - junk has never been much in my diet. I was the quiona kale queen tons of veggies
The move towards diabetic was very unexpected. Gym girl. Serious work outs 20 years
Looking at food alternatives as meds- protein- meat. Seemed to be the only path open. It worked. A1c dropped. So did symptoms.
Damaged done to nerves.
