You may want to get an ultrasound or MRI of your knee and an EMG/nerve conduction study if lower limbs to check neuromuscular health. Not sure if you have certain movements that pinch nerves or blood vessels. You may also want to see a vascular/vein specialist depending on what is found. Lastly, I would have my lumbar spine checked if nothing else is found.
