Yes I have been using the fentanyl patch (50mcg) and
Norco for break through pain. I started them during my cancer treatments but they seemed to help with my other chronic pain issues so my doctor kept me on it. I started with 25mcg but I had no pain relief so my doctor increased the Fentanyl patch to 50mcg. I have been on that for almost 2 years but it doesn't seem to help my pain much anymore. I was hoping I could stay on the 50mcg but now I think I need to go to 75mcg. Even after having RF ablation for chronic back pain I am in constant pain. I also have Fibromyalgia but so far I haven't found any medication that helps that pain. Do you get much pain relief with your Fentanyl patch?
