300mg cap, 2 caps in the morning, 2 caps at lunch and 2 caps in the evening. Total of 1800mg/day. I just google it max dosage is between 2400 to 3600. My dr didn't even mentioned to me that he's giving me the max dosage, it just my impression. Sorry
