My husband applies it every evening after his shower and it has really helped the look and condition of his arms. Prior to this he was using DerMend and we didn't notice any difference in the appearance of the bruising. I mix 1 ounce of fractionated Coconut Oil with 10 drops of the Helichrysum essential oil and so far, so good!

Use it after you’ve bumped yourself and know a bruise will be coming or once you see one. There is a balm so you can cover a larger area if you so choose.
