You are way beyond the expertise of a Urologist. The minute they found multiple metastasis and put you on Lupron and Nubeqa.

You should not be working with a urologist at all, They are not educated to treat you.

Many here, including me would recommend you get a second opinion from a center of excellence or a GU oncologist. If you want, good recommendations, that’s the direction you wanna go not a urologist.

You do NOT need a second opinion from another urologist. You need to see an oncologist right away, preferably a genitourinary oncologist. You can find one at a cancer center of excellence. Some do not require a referral, and the ones that do would take a referral from your primary care physician. No urologist is qualified to treat the current state of your prostate cancer.
