I see my urologist this coming Tuesday not the pcp. I'm on nubeqa and injections every 3 months PSA went from 53 to 19 after 1st injection. I go to the bathroom at leat 6-7 times at night and been h since some pain. I have metastatic prostrate cancer pelvis and clavicle. What questions should i ask? U seem to very knowledgeable about prostrate cancer. I guess I'm wandering is the tx I'm doing is enough.

You are way beyond the expertise of a Urologist. The minute they found multiple metastasis and put you on Lupron and Nubeqa.
You should be talking about chemotherapy or Pluvicto.
The treatment you are getting is not going to take away those metastasis. You need to speak to a radiation oncologist about getting SBRT radiation to kill those metastasis.
Why has your urologist not turned you over to a medical oncologist (if chemotherapy) and a Genito Urinary Oncologist To direct your overall treatment.
One reason is, the urologist likes to make the money working with people that they are not trained to really treat. Even if they claim to be oncologists as well.
Ask him about finding you a GU oncologist, The ones that specialize in prostate cancer.
Many here, including me would recommend you get a second opinion from a center of excellence or a GU oncologist.
