I am 8 weeks post op for TKR. Still stiff, some pain at night, but it seems to be improving slowly. I found some comfort and daytime relief by wearing a compression sleeve on my knee. I had never heard of this, but my son-in-law reminded me about RICE. Rest, Ice, Compression, Exercise. I immediately bought one and wear it during the day.
