I am a 70 yr old , scoliosis, probable arthritis. Having pain down right leg, sometimes thigh but can go down shin. sleeping is ok but getting out of bed is painful until I walk. Do 3 miles every morning with dogs so there is some stop and start. No pain in back. Started PT who initially said it was hip but now thinks it is low back pinching off nerves, have good motion in hips. I Try not to take any meds to mask issues that have been going on for 6 months or more. I will be back with primary to get MRI, of which I have had many through the years. Not sure what is going on but exercise does not seem to help much. Learning to live with pain for now. Ortho or Neuro ? Any suggestions will be helpful.

You need an X-ray
