Hesitant to begin drug treatment for my osteoporosis

I also have severe osteoporosis
Had been taking Fosamax, with no side effects, for two years but not doing much for me
Then I learned I had fractured three ribs after twisting my body to prevent a fall
Had my first Prolia shot
last month.. no side effects
Dr is hoping next scan will show improvement I agree they are all scary

Since I have been on Prolia for 15 years, I would suggest starting with a
drug like Evenity that is less caustic... once you stop you either go on a drug like Forteo ($5000 a month)-injected each day) or you are SOL. Getting your jaw chiseled away - because of the jaw necrosis from Prolia, is not fun.

What is your doctor's drug sequencing plan and what is the rational for that plan? If and when will he/she be introducing a bone builder....tymlos, forteo or evenity?
