No, I am taking 25 mg. This is not considered a low dose. I tried the low dose 4.5 mg but it has to be compounded as the only dose available without compounding is 50 mg. So I break the 50 mg in half. This is a dose used to treat OUD, you are correct. We are just trying it to see if it helps and it seems to help.

@diverdown1 I use a whole 50 mg tablet at first I had side effects from it so I broke it in half but now I tolerate the full tablet tablet and it helps me severely reduces brain fog. A little less pain a little more easy going psychologically if you overdo it that can undo the benefits. I'm thinking of going slightly higher on the milligrams of my doctor agrees to see if it helps more.
