I'm so glad your reaction to hormone therapy is better than mine! I feel especially "chosen" because I've experienced all the side effects. Multiple joint replacements have left me without the ability to run or to walk distances. I do a little over an hour of exercise weekdays (30 min. cardio/stepping and cycling and 30 minutes stretching/walking) and it does help some with fatigue. I still have hot flashes, no sex drive or ability, weight gain/belly fat, diarrhea, and loss of body hair. My wife has helped me adopt a plant based diet but I've found it easier to give up meats than sweets, so my emotional discipline regarding snacking has to improve. All the best for your treatment journey!

I was fortunate to be able to participate in a clinical study at the Fred Hutch Cancer Research Center. It was hard to find 10 people in 3 years to qualify for the 6 month study. Managed to loose weight, gain muscle and loose fat in 6 months. No results posted yet but number is NCT04870515. Good luck in fighting the side effects.
