We have prostate cancer. Everything's invasive.

There are plenty of animations on how to *use* the thing, but no non-gross videos of the actual surgery.

One incision in the perineum. Pull out a bit of the urethra, to measure for the correct cuff size.
Another incision in the lower abdomen to place the bulb balloon thing. Then they take the actual pump, put it in the same incision & stuff it down until it's at the bottom of the scrotum. Looks like he's stuffing a turkey.

Sew it all up & a couple of weeks of bed rest.
6 weeks for swelling & bruising to go down, then it's activated.
It ain't pretty.
But neither is peeing myself all day.
