Studies have shown that prior bisphosphonate use can reduce the rebound effect or risk of vertebral fractures after stopping prolia. Your previous 4yr on fosamax probably helps, even though there was a gap year with evenity in between. That said, it might be tough to get your doctor to lower zolendronate less than 4mg after 2 prolia shots, likely due to the lack of data and potential liability concerns, imo. Will you consider fosamax again?

I was asking about your bHRT because I've been using it myself after forteo for its antiresorptive effects, without adding other antiresorptives (bp or prolia). So far so good.
