Sure!

Pain management doc just wanted to inject me with steroids which he did.

But overall I have done meditation, massage, tylenol, muscle relaxers, biofreeze gel, tricyclic antidepressants, physical therapy etc

Have you been diagnosed with a spinal issue? Have you had MRIs of cervical and lumbar spine and EMG/nerve conduction studies of upper and lower limbs? Where did they do cortisone injections and did they help any? Do you sit a lot for your job and work on a computer for long periods of time?

SSDI will need enough information on your official diagnoses and treatments over the last 2 years. There is information listed online on what SSDI considers a qualified disability.

Do you deal with neck/back pain while sitting? Have you had ergonomic assessments of your work station to help support computer work even if you are working from home? Long hours working in a computer is terrible for health and spine.

Does your doctor recommend surgery or nerve ablation?
