I've had two injections of prolia following Evenity. Prior to that forteo then alendronate.
I am 77. Too soon to go on prolia til I die. Thinking about low dose reclast to counter prolia rebound. Then what? Thoughts, ideas? My endocrinologist is not very creative in his thinking. I have until November to decide. Thanks everyone.

@gravity3, I've got more questions than answers right now, if you don't mind me asking. Between forteo and evenity, which one worked better for you? Also, were you on Fosamax right before starting evenity, and if so, for how long? I'm asking because you mentioned considering a lower dose of reclast after prolia. Are you thinking of the 4mg zolendronate or something even smaller?
I saw in some of your other posts that you might be on bHRT with prolia, are you? If so, do you plan to continue on bHRT alongside reclast, and eventually an anabolic of your choice?
If you are concerned about reclast affecting future anabolic's efficacy, maybe you could wait until bone remodeling suppression eases up - tracking bone markers might guide that timing. Just a thought.
