Assuming there are multitudes of people like you and me out there, looking for a solution to the aftereffects of Effexor withdrawal, I went down the path of finding some alternative pill to take, thereby introducing a glimmer of hope every time I took either it or them. One of the good sites I followed up was https://psychcentral.com/depression/vitamins-for-depression
But am I the only person thinking - this is so wrong? How many people have been taking this drug, for years and years, told by our physicians that it 'works', but without any benefit except the belief that it must 'work'? (So, if it doesn't, it must be our fault).
