That is fantastic news. I am glad to hear the nerve pain is gone. My brace was adjusted to 40 degrees on Monday. My kneecap does not like that angle. I am going to talk to the PT about it today.
I am getting used to the protection of the brace and am afraid that I am going to put too much pressure in my foot. Friday will be a month from the surgery and my scar area is still tender.
Getting in and out of the car is easy for me. It is good for me to go out every once in a while.
Keep up the great work with your recovery and therapy.

I wish you the best and continued recovery.i started just using my toes because I figured that was safe and not to much pressure. it felt weird at first but today i am walking flat footed. my is swelling a bit. maybe I have slow down but they said to walk. I do take breaks and put my leg up and at night after exercising my leg I put ice on it fir awhile. I hope that helps
