I’m not on anything that would thin my blood. I even switched from ibuprofen to acetaminophen because ibuprofen thins the blood more. I’m trying different things and doing my best to take care of my skin! From what I’ve gathered from comments here (and my Dr.) there is no one time fix! I simply do the best I can to stay away from bruising my arms especially. But as most of us know who deal with this, that’s asking a lot when even a light tap leaves a mark!
