Of course ask your doctor or the prescriber about taking Flomax and Cialis but I checked for drug interactions on Epocrates and it said this:

tadalafil (Cialis) + tamsulosin (Flomax)

BENIGN PROSTATIC HYPERPLASIA: avoid combo; D/C tamsulosin at least 1 day prior to tadalafil start; ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION: monitor BP; decr. tadalafil to lowest recommended start dose, consider decr. tamsulosin dose; PULMONARY ARTERIAL HTN: monitor BP: combo may incr. risk of severe hypotension, incl. orthostasis, syncope (additive effects)

Thank you for that. It looks like it could be problematic. Are you a physician? You seem so comfortable with and knowledgeable of medical terms, etc.
