How can they tell it's scar tissue, and not inflammation? How fast can scar tissue grow!

Not an expert, but my feeling is that it grows quickly. I had a mua and within 3 days my knee was straight again. I would love for all this to be mere swelling. I think it’s probably 70% scar tissue and 30% swelling for me. Mine feel
Iike guitar strings wrapping around my knee in a figure 8. The feeling can change throughout the day.
