When I started trying to do Kegels, I bought a device.

It might be good for some, but my stupid uncoordinated ass couldn't work it.
The device works fine - I just couldn't move my concrete pelvic floor.
200 bucks & it's sitting in a drawer, never to be used again.
Oh well. I tried.
Might be an option for some, though.
