A new twist last week - vestibular migraine with aura, no headache, AND dizzy to the point of not being able to walk. I had to go to a physical therapist for vestibular excercises.
Im better but stll not 100%z

Hi, @carolr410 - welcome. The vestibular migraine with aura, no headache and dizziness to the point you couldn't walk sounds very intense.

Wondering what you did to manage this at the time it occurred and also, how are you doing now?
