Thank you so much for that. During our last visit with the medical oncologist, a few weeks ago, I mentioned his low libido, and that I had heard if you took Cialis it might help to thwart atrophy and also easy urinary concerns. The oncologist gave him a Cialis prescription. Do you know if it is ok to take Flomax when taking Cialis.?

Of course ask your doctor or the prescriber about taking Flomax and Cialis but I checked for drug interactions on Epocrates and it said this:

tadalafil (Cialis) + tamsulosin (Flomax)

BENIGN PROSTATIC HYPERPLASIA: avoid combo; D/C tamsulosin at least 1 day prior to tadalafil start; ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION: monitor BP; decr. tadalafil to lowest recommended start dose, consider decr. tamsulosin dose; PULMONARY ARTERIAL HTN: monitor BP: combo may incr. risk of severe hypotension, incl. orthostasis, syncope (additive effects)
