I also suffer with humidity. We are in Florida, so we have water all around us. The humidity causes our tissues to swell. Every joint n my body aches with arthritis when the humidity and or barometric pressure changes. My middle of the night migraines were due to the gluten in my diet. I have eliminated all gluten and I don’t get headaches now. I feel like my arthritis is better as well. I have been tested for Celiac Disease but I’m negative so I must just have a gluten sensitivity.
