I have. I was prescribed it for Neuropathy in my feet.
I take one tablet twice per day. It is "for the dietary management of the metabolic imbalance associated with peripheral neuropathy."

I'm not sure if it helps. I am also prescribed pregabalin for the pain associated with it.
These two drugs work, but the disease is not for the faint of heart.

Good morning, albieleo (@albieleo)

After roughly two years of two caps/day of EB-N5, my neurologist has suggested I give a new formulation a try: EB-M8. I am NOT endorsing EB-M8 any more than I was endorsing EB-N5. After two years of EB-N5, the most I was able to say was that my large-fiber sympton (poor balance) had not seemed to worsen; I'm too new to taking EB-M8 to have an opinion. EB-M8 is so new that you'll probably find nothina about it online. Here's some of what my neurologist sent me:

EB-M8 is designed to reduce the intensity, frequency, and duration of nighttime muscle cramps. … [to promote] optimal nerve signaling [supports clear communication between nerves and muscles] … Ingredients: Acetyl-L-Carnitine, L-Methylfolate Calcium & Methylcobalamin, Calcium Citrate & Vitamin K2, Magnesium Bisglycinate, Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate, Riboflavin, & Thiamine.

I wish you the very best, albieleo!
