Sudden severe right hip & back pain, unable to straighten up.

I’m 74, pretty healthy,but in the past two weeks I developed strong pain in my bones ( arms,hips,legs) without doing anything wrong, im concerned of this sudden pain and honestly I don’t know what to do.
I woul appreciate any good advice.

It’s important to get evaluated for any new pain, especially if it doesn’t go away. Hope all goes well
