Thankyou for your response. My leg cramps have disappeared and I’m beginning to feel better on Prozac.
In researching the Paxil, leg muscle tightening was a side effect. I did experience the SSRI syndrome, not fun. I believe I’m on the right track. I have more energy and less fatigue. I will continue with what my goal is. That goal is to get off Paxil and into Prozac.
I hope this helps

The connection between Paxil and leg cramping is new to me, so thanks for pointing that out Mary Jean.

I've been taking Paxil since 2002 and all is good. I have experienced some uncomfortable days when I got to 20mg/day. I'm back to my regular, 40mg/day dose. My night leg cramps have been helped a lot by stretching my lower back and thereby easing sone spot pressure on my sciatic nerve.
