Yes it is confusing! I was told that since the MRI cant pinpoint the cancer that some possible MRI guided treatments are off the table. Thanks for your help.

What type of biopsy are you having - rectal or perineal? It is possible that even with MRI, your urologist is missing the mark; or perhaps not getting to all parts of the gland. Trans-Perineal biopsy is far superior to tectal in that respect.
And with that Decipher score I would not be comfortable watching anything…JMHO!
