Not neuropathy. I developed coronary microvascular endothelial dysfunction (a heart condition) within 2 weeks after my first Covid vaccine. From what I've read, both the vaccine and Covid itself can cause the long-lasting symptoms that are grouped together and described as "Long Covid" or "Post-Covid Condition."
