@gastropub1 Mike is correct in that with bone on bone with negative membrane to make healthy nothing will help except a repair not a band aide. Yes the shot helped you and may continue to until your money runs out or you cannot walk and need the fix. Please be careful you don’t fall if your knee gives out and you injure something else. The orthopedic doctor I’m sure is happy to take your money and give you the injections though.
