I used to use those what appear to be these cups and you can buy replacements very cheap on Amazon for about $5. I would buy some of these and then if you melt one somehow, just get a new one. Here's a link: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07XRTDFF4?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_1.
I no longer use these, I switched to the Piro Prone B which has much better cups.
You may not have NTM/MAC, but if you have Bronchiectasis you are at elevated risk for contracting NTM and other infections including Pseudomonas and Pneumonia. So you need to take precautions before you get sick.
You can order reusable nebulizer cups (that part id actually the nebulizer - the base is the compressor) & tubing in kits from any number of medical suppliers. I use Just Nebulizers and Nebology most frequently. The nebulizers should be replaced every 3 months or so, and there are many brands available.
People who neb multiple times a day often keep several nebulizers in rotation so they only need to do the cleaning and sterilizing once.
