I also had a strange reaction to cortisone injections, first in my knee then again later in my shoulder. About 10 minutes after the injection, I got a head rush then a sense of fading consciousness - like I was about to pass out. It didn’t last more than about 5 minutes but had happened twice. Now I am resisting any more cortisone and consequently dealing with increasing pain. I cannot find any info on similar side effects.
